Through partnerships with innovative group buying programs, Steinway & Sons is here to help schools and institutions simplify their procurement processes and potentially save resources by utilizing the agreements established by other public entities, instead of going through their own bidding procedures. These programs are specifically designed for the needs of educational institutions, including K-12 schools and private and public colleges.

Educational institutions can often forgo a formal bidding process when utilizing master contracts like CollegeBuys or SchoolBuys, as these agreements often provide a streamlined procurement pathway.
